Do your homework BEFORE shopping! Decide what "type" of lab you want, what energy level and size best fits your household and lifestyle, etc., before you commit to a litter. VERIFY all health info the breeder provides. Many records can be checked online w/ the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA).

I take pride in doing a lot of "extra" things with my puppies to ensure they have the best start in life and get placed with the right families. I understand color/sex preferences, however, I strongly encourage buyers to prioritize based on temperament and energy level first and foremost. Read the past litter diaries from Fuji (Oct 2006 litter), Jazz (April 2007 litter), Mata (Nov 2008 litter) and Fuji (April 2009 litter) for more info. If you are interested in a pup from an upcoming litter, please email me with a bit about yourself and your family, along with a description of what you consider to be *your* perfect Labrador companion.
Also, please check with the PSLRA puppy referral listing for puppies currently being advertised by fellow members. All litters listed there comply with the PSLRA Breeding Code of Ethics (both parents must have a minimum of hip, elbow and current eye clearances on file). Now that we have DNA tests available, I highly recommend at least one parent to be tested clear for PRA, EIC and CNM. This will ensure your pup will never be affected by any of these issues.

"Jazzy x Teddy": Intl CH WindyCanyon's Fulla Jazz CD JH RN NA NAJ CC "Jazz" (click for OFA health links and also see her on the "girl's page") was bred to Can. CH. Cedarwood's Grin and Bear It, RN, CC "Teddy" (click for his OFA health links) in late September. Teddy resides at Cedarwood Labradors in Maine and comes from a long line of great looking, healthy dogs with nice working titles. He is currently training for his JH and SH titles. DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposits will be requested once the litter is whelped. All deposits are Non-Refundable unless I am unable to provide you with a pup meeting your basic criteria. You may then choose to apply your deposit to a future litter or I will refund the deposit in full.
As the breeder, I retain the right to first pick(s) of each litter. These choices are generally made after puppies turn 7 weeks old.
